In my previous job, I had to recruit EUROPEAN interns instead of Amercian interns.  Reason,  When it comes to the work force most , not all American young adults  around 17-23, just suck BIG DELUSIONAL COCK!  

They have  an attitude when you supervise them,  their feelings are hurt when you give constructive criticism.  On the job, they are Instant messaging and posting on their blogs, while  they ordered to do work.  Millenials come across as sane young adults, but their emotional makeup and work ethic is comparable to a Gen Xer with borderline personality disorder.  I would rather hire the Gen Xer with borderline personality disorder, at least they know they have a problem.  

My solution for the companies that are fed up with Millenials at entry to junior level,  Hire young Gen X&#039;ers that have matured and intelligent but have only a  high school GED or High school diploma with no college what so ever! Honestly, it comes down  to performance, some one able to take orders, or take responsibility for their actions.  That diploma doesn&#039;t mean crap when you have an immature BRAT to deal with, much better to give the money to someone with no higher education but can perform the duties. Nuff said!</description>
