Douchebag “Pants Judge” Is Relentless

Here’s an update — The world famous “pants judge,” Roy L. Pearson, lost his $54 million lawsuit over a missing pair of pants on Monday. As reported, Pearson was also ordered to pay the legal fees incurred by his dry cleaner defendants. According to this USA Today article, the douchebag plans to appeal! Appeal?!?

He may have the time. Pearson’s term as a judge handling disputes involving city agencies expired last month, and City Councilman Phil Mendelson said, “There’s a good chance he will not be reappointed” by a city commission to the $100,512-a-year position.
Not reappointed? How about disbarred? The frivolities of this lawsuit continue to make a mockery of the American judicial system and tort reform. C’mon people – where’s the public outcry? This man does not deserve to be payed with your tax money, and is not fit to decide any legal matter before him. Mr. Pearson, get used to the phrase ”would you like fries with that?”
