Hamas TV Child Star Spews Hate Rhetoric

Saraa Barhoum is the 11-year-old co-star of “Tomorrow’s Pioneers,” a weekly television series aimed at children in Palestine. The show recently gained world recognition when it aired segments containing a Mickey Mouse look-alike character that talked of liberating Jerusalem and other middle-eastern regions.

In a recent interview covered in this Yahoo news report, young actress Saraa said:

“[she] wants to be a doctor. If she can’t, the young star of Hamas television’s best-known children’s show said, she’d be proud to become a martyr. Saraa says little Jewish girls should be forced from their homes in Isreal so that Palestinians can return to their land.”

They start brainwashing so early these days, eh? She goes on to say:

“Israel says we are terrorists.”

Hey… she’s right!

The station which operates with a license from the Palestinian Authority, also features religious lessons, cartoons, advice shows, and militant music videos. One video hailed a female suicide bomber whose young daughter vows to follow her mother’s example.

This is scary. This is the real Hamas… and so is this video clip of the Hamas children’s show, featuring a short clip on light animal abuse amid laughter.
