Waise Yusofzai, a 38-year-old real estate agent is seeking $50,000 in damages after being denied entry into an upscale Australian bar. Yusofzai claims that he felt like “half a person” when security staff barred his entry, stating that there were too many males inside the bar at the time.  The lawsuit includes $20,000 for psychological injury and $30,000 in lost income from clients. The real estate agent claims that his confidence “has been shot to pieces,” and that he can “no longer drink [with clients] on a regular basis or entertain.” See the full story here.  As reported earlier, the Douchebag Report may have found a sympathetic judge.
