Liberals Demean Blacks Again

Thomas Lifson reports on a new trend popular among “progressive” liberals in the media — “the treatment of blacks as some sort of endangered species in various cities.” The report stems from liberal interpretation of new census data, combined with New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin’s comments on the city returning to it’s “chocolate capital” status.
