Adam Smith, aka Steve Zacharanda, had a few too many Tuesday night and managed to admit that he was plagiarizing from the BBC to write his story about the Obama victory…AND that he was resigning from the Birmingham Mail, the Birmingham Post and the Birmingham Sunday Mercury…on video, no less…drunk.
The video, shot by a Dutch amateur journalist from Couscous Global, ended up on YouTube and has become an internet sensation.
Oddly enough, this has all ended rather badly for Mr. Smith.
The Aftermath:
For Adam Smith, the election of Barak Obama really did bring about “change”.
I always knew most journalists were raging alcoholics, but damn!
