Behold! Our First Douchebag
May 2, 2007
Roy Pearson - A Washingtonian. A judge. A man with a $67 million lawsuit over a $10 dispute with a Washington area dry cleaner over missing pants. According to court papers, Pearson suffered “mental suffering, inconvenience and discomfort” over the pants that he had intended to wear his first day on the bench as a Washington D.C. administrative law judge. Despite a $12,000 settlement offer from the dry cleaner over the missing pants incident, this exploitation of the judicial system presses on. The ABC News Law & Justice Unit explains full details of this douchebag’s pursuit.
