Hillary Clinton Is A Felon

There’s no mistake about it - Hillary Clinton is a felon, plain and simple. Back in April, prominent businessman and Clinton capaign donor Peter Franklin Paul filed a civil lawsuit against Hillary and former President Bill Clinton over fraud allegations. The lawsuit claims:

…the former president destroyed his entertainment company to get out of a $17 million deal in which Clinton promised to promote the firm in exchange for stock, cash options and massive contribution to his wife’s 2000 campaign. Paul contends he was directed by the Clintons and Democratic Party leaders to foot the bill for a lavish Hollywood gala and fund-raiser prior to the 2000 election that eventually cost him nearly $2 million…

Despite these allegations, Hillary Clinton has repeatedly denied that Paul had contributed any money to her campaign, and that she had nothing to do with the coordination of the 2000 event.  In lieu of these denials, Paul has promised to release a ’smoking gun’ video tape that proves that Hillary Clinton had direct knowledge of these dealings, despite her claim of innocence.  Today, that video tape has been filed in court:

A five minute videotape touted as “smoking gun evidence” of two felonies committed by Sen. Hillary Clinton, was filed in a California appeals court today in a civil fraud suit against the New York Democrat and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.

The video tape shows that Hillary had wilfully accepted direct donations to her Senate campaign, violating federal law that places limitations on “hard money” contributions given to a candidate. Further, these actions are felonious, carrying a prison sentence of up to five years.

It is important that this issue remain in the forefront. A hearing is scheduled for September 25, 2007 on this motion. Mark your calendars .
