Ohio Man Indicted On Teen Molestation Charges
September 21, 2007
Meet Amiel Moses Collins, a 42-year-old resident of Goshen, Ohio. This winner (as pictured left) is accused of sexually molesting at least ten teenage boys who resided in the area of the Lakeshore Estates Mobile Home Park.
According to authorities, several teenagers came forward and announced that Collins had lured them with alcohol and muscle relaxants. After the teens were drunk or high, he would begin to molest them. As told in this WLWT (NBC 5) report:
Investigators say the found in his home a cell phone he used to photograph some of the assaults, along with 20 used condoms they say he kept as souvenirs.
UK Man Urinates On Dying Woman
September 21, 2007
As told in this BBC article:
A Hartlepool [United Kingdom] man is facing jail after he urinated on a disabled woman who lay dying in the street.
Anthony Anderson, of Raby Road, who admitted outraging public decency, will be sentenced at Teesside Crown Court.
The 27-year-old shouted “this is YouTube material” as he degrated Christine Lakinski, 50, who had fallen ill, magistrates heard.
He tried to rouse her by throwing a bucket of water over her, before urinating on her and covering her with shaving foam. The incident was filmed on mobile phone.
She was later declared dead at the scene, the cause of death being given as pancreatic failure.
Outraging public decency?
Bush, Congress – Record Low Approval Ratings
September 20, 2007
The latest Zogby International poll has shown that approval ratings for both President Bush and the U.S. Congress are (again) at an all-time low. According to this Reuters report:
Only 29 percent of Americans gave Bush a positive grade for his job performance, below his worst Zogby poll mark of 30 percent in March. A paltry 11 percent rated Congress positively, beating the previous low of 14 percent in July.
Summarizing the overall mood of the U.S. populace, perhaps Zogby says it best:
“The public mood is not just dark. What’s darker than dark? The mood is getting ugly.”
Meerkats no longer describe the situation – we’re on a whole new level:

Distressed Dry Cleaners Sell Second Shop
September 20, 2007
Citing “revenue loss” and “emotional stress toll from the lawsuit,” Soo and Jin Chung have decided to sell their second small dry cleaning operation.
The couple has been been engaged in a legal battle ever since District of Columbia Judge “Relentless” Roy Pearson has sued them for $54 million over a missing pair of pants.
In late June, District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff dismissed the case against the couple. Pearson is now appealing the decision.
A statement released by Christopher Manning, counsel for the couple said:
“This is a truly tragic example of how devastating frivolous litigation can be to the American people and to small businesses. . .This family has poured its heart and soul into their dry cleaning stores only to have their dreams crushed by Roy Pearson’s lawsuit.”
It is a travesty of justice when any individual (let alone a judge) carelessly destroys life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Roy Pearson has the dubious distinction of being this site’s first douchebag. It’s time to give it up Roy. You can’t win.

Run Jesse Run
September 19, 2007
As reported earlier today in The State, Jesse Jackson launched another racially motivated criticism against presidential hopeful Barack Obama for “acting like he’s white.” According to this article:
Jackson sharply criticized presidential hopeful and Illinois Sen. Barack Obama for “acting like he’s white” in what Jackson said has been a tepid response to six black juveniles’ arrest on attempted-murder charges in Jena, La. Jackson, who also lives in Illinois, endorsed Obama in March, according to The Associated Press.
Jesse – perhaps it is the case that there is more to this election than race. In fact, Obama just may be doing the right thing by avoiding the exploitation of black people. Jesse continues:
“If I were a candidate, I’d be all over Jena,” Jackson said after an hour-long speech at Columbia’s historically black Benedict College.
Perhaps this is why Jesse Jackson will never be perceived as more than an incredible hypocrite spin-doctor for self serving causes.
“Jena is a defining moment, just like Selma was a defining moment.”
Talk about defining moments. Do you remember Knoxville, TN? This is the scene of a grizzly murder where couple Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian were murdered by a gang of 5 black perpetrators. This crime wasn’t “useful” to the mainstream media; it’s not useful to you either?
Jesse – go home.
Booze and Snakes Don’t Mix
September 18, 2007
Portland, Oregon resident Matt Wilkenson nearly died after putting his pet rattlesnake into his mouth, in a stunt to show off for friends. Wilkenson, who had been drinking at the time, admitted that “it’s actually kind of my own stupid fault.”
According to this KCW Channel 8 report:
“The rattlesnake latched onto the back of his throat and sent venom surging into his body.”
Oops. Nobody would have seen that coming. Check out the Breitbart video here.
CNN – Check Your Facts
September 18, 2007
According to this Political Ticker blog from CNN’s Dana Bash, Sen. Larry Craig is referred to as an “Indiana Republican.” Oops! Wonder if they’ll change that.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Charged In Child Sex Sting
September 17, 2007
Northern Florida Assistant U.S. Attorney John David Roy Atchison has been charged with “enticement of a minor using the Internet” and “knowingly traveling interstate to engage in illicit sex.”
Atchison was arrested after flying from his Northern Florida home to Detroit, where he “expressed a desire to engage in oral, vaginal, and anal sex” with a 5-year-old girl. The Assistant US Attorney believed that he was engaged in illicit internet chat with a mother who would allow others to have sex with her children. As court documents show, he was actually conversing with an undercover officer involved in a sex crime sting operated by the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement (MACE) Team.
According to chat transcripts, Atchison had made the following statements:
“I’m always gentle and loving; not to worry; no damage ever; no rough stuff ever ever.”
He also advised the undercover officer that the 5-year-old girl would not need any medical attention following any encounters: “I can be absolutely sure; just gotta go slow and very easy is how; I’ve done it plenty.”
If convicted of the aforementioned charges, Mr. Atchison may face up to sixty years in prison. Read the full Detroit Free Press article here.
Hillary’s Chilling Honesty
September 17, 2007
Must Read alert: Check out this brief article by Doug Powers, as found in the World Net Daily. Here’s a snippet:
Hillary Clinton and her husband, Bill Rodham, are being completely honest in this presidential campaign of theirs. I know, I know, it’s startling, but the Dynamic Duo of Deceit and Deception is, for once, being very up front on two major campaign themes without parsing words with an atom splitter.
Those two themes are “we’ll be safer” and “you will no longer be invisible to your government.”
This might sound hunky-dory to some voters, but the methods they’ll use to attain both are what deserve scrutiny.
As you know, another fundraising scandal has been swirling around Hillary – a revelation as shocking as waking up to find the sun rising in the East and Larry Craig insisting he’s not gay.
Allegedly, after “discovering” the felonious history of Norman Hsu, the Hillary Clinton campaign vowed to require all major fundraisers to submit to a criminal background check.
Anybody who passes the background check will of course be kicked off her campaign.
Seriously though, if Hillary’s going to be checking fundraisers for criminal records, the only way to add complete integrity to the process is to make sure it also works the other way around, but don’t hold your breath.
